GDPR COMPLIANCE
In accordance with the new rules for GDPR which came into force on the 28th May 2018.
We would like to advise that any information which we hold on you is only in relation to your Bookings i.e. Customers Names, Address, Email and Telephone Numbers, any other personal data which we may hold is not used with any third parties. We do not sell on or give out any of your details which relate to you personally, any bank details in relation to paying for your booking is only kept for a short period of time or until the end of your stay with us. Our site uses security settings and may contain cookies, which is purely for our own identity purposes, and too carry out our statistics. However, if you wish to opt out of our emailing market system for special offers you do have a choice to do so.
Further Note: Our CCTV system is for security purposes only.
Booking Terms & Conditions & Rules
We are a Family Park, where we cater for families with children. Therefore, we do NOT ACCEPT GROUPS of singles or mixed groups.
We do not give refunds or transfer bookings that may be incorrect, inclement weather or any other reason. We strongly advise that you take our Holiday Insurance to cover you in the unlikely event that you need to cancel a booking made and recover your money through your Insurance Company.
NOTE: Larger family groups: We only allow 3 Tents to be together, at any given time. You can book more tents but, they will not be together.
We only have a certain amount of Electric Tent Pitches, we cannot guarantee that you will be together if booking for 2 nights. However, our Electric Pitches are in close proximity.
BEHAVIOUR
We have a ZERO TOLERENCE to ABUSE of any king, whether it be to a Member of Staff or other Guests. You will be escorted OFF OUR PARK. Be aware of your surroundings and respect other people who are also on our Park
FRESH DRING WATER COLLECTION POINTS
There are many water collection taps throughout the Park, please DO NOT Empty your grey waste at the collection points. Please do not allow your child to play with the Water.
WASHING UP FACILITIES
This facility is in the Tent Field, the Hot Water is pre-set.
TOILET/SHOWER BLOCKS
The Shower temperature is pre-set in accordance with the government guild lines. We would suggest that you test the temperature before showing your child.
Parents please be aware of where your child is always, and do not let them play inside the building with the water.
CHILDREN
Do not leave your child unattended on our Park without a responsible Adult who is over 21 years of age.
PLAY PARK
The Playpark and equipment is split into two sections: There is a small section for 1 to 5-year olds, and the section for the 5 to 12 year olds. Parent NOTE: your children should be supervised always by yourself or a responsible Adult. And must NO MISUSE the Equipment.
Newpark Holiday Park accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY whilst your child uses the Playpark and Equipment.
TENT BOOKINGS
Please be honest when booking, in your tent and requirements. By not declaring the correct size, style and type of tent, could invalidate your booking on arrival, and your booking will be CANCELLED and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
VEHICLES
You are allowed 1 car per tent. COMMERCIAL vehicles are NOT ALLOWED in our TENT field.
DOGS
We accept dogs in our Tent Field however, they must be well behaved and kept on a lead or tethered always, and not allowed to roam freely around the Park.
You must make sure that you clean up after your dog has fouled and dispose of the waste in our Refuge Bins.
Never leave your Pet in the Car or unattended at any time.
BARBEQUES
These are allowed; however, you must make sure that they are raised off the grass, you cannot turn your barbeque into a campfire once you have cooked your food.
CAMPFIRES are NOT ALLOWED on any part of our Park.
As we are a Family Park please respect that we have a QUITE ZONE: during the hours of 10pm through to 8.30am (during low Season) and 11pm through to 8am (during High Season).
CAR STERIO’S are NOT ALLOWED a small radio with an acceptable sound level for music is only allowed so long as it does not disturb other guests on the Park.
TOURING – MOTORHOMES & CAMPERVAN BOOKINGS
ELECTRIC is 10AMPS and you are asked to be mindful of this.
ELSAN EMPTY POINTS these are used to dispose of your chemical toilet and Grey Waste, please do NOT use WET WIPES as they block our drainage system and they are not biodegradable.
MOTORHOMES: Please NOTE: we do not have a drive over waste disposal for your waste water.
PARKING only 1 vehicle per unit is allowed. NOTE: COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are not ALLOWED in any of our sections, except for loading and unloading.
DOGSWell behaved pets

You must make sure that you clean up after your dog has fouled and dispose of the waste in the Black Refuge Bins.
REFUGE BINS
These are opposite the bottom Toilet/Shower Block (access through the Car Park) and are for Normal Household Rubbish Only.

Chalets Self Catering
These are suitable for up to 4 people (2 Adults and 2 Children) or (4 Adults)
NOTE:We only have 1 chalet which we allow well behaved pets in, and they must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.

Our Chalets are tastefully decorated and have all the mod-cons for you to enjoy a relaxing stay here at Newpark Holiday Park

The Beds are fully made up and Towels are also provided.
Gas and Electric is included in your booking
Breakages and Damages must be reported to the office immediately.
You are responsible for handing back the Chalet in the same condition as when you arrived., clean and tidy, and without losses or damaged items.
Cancellation Policy
For you to have a better understanding of our terms, conditions, and cancellation policy we would suggest that you should take note of this document.
Cancelling a booking
When making a booking, either online via our website or by telephone, we take a 50% deposit of the total amount of the booking. Where you are only booking for 1/2/3 nights payment will be required in full to secure the booking made by you when booking a Tent - Tourer - Motorhome or Campervan.
Our self-Cartering Chalets bookings a 50% deposit in required to secure the booking. All payments are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Cancelling all or any part of a booking does not entitle you to a full or partial refund. If you cancel at least 21 days prior to arrival for Tent - Tourer - Motorhome - Campervan or 28 days for our self-catering chalets holidays before the due arrival date then you are entitled to carry your deposit onto another date, if available, for that calendar year. Deposits may not be carried over to a following season and will be forfeited.
Cancelling within 21 days of arrival for touring holidays or 28 days for a self-catering chalet, will forfeit your deposit paid for a booking, but you are not able to re-use your paid deposit to rebook any date. This term is final, and deposits will not be refunded in any circumstance, not limited to inclement weather, poor camping conditions, ill health, unforeseen circumstances, or any other events outside of our control.
Any deposits and payments made through this website, and by telephone, are therefore final, and non-refundable. By making a payment, you are entering into an agreement and are agreeing to paying any outstanding balance due on the due date before arrival to the site. If the pitch is cancelled at least 21 days before arrival for touring or 28 days before arrival for our self-catering chalets bookings, any remaining balance is not due.
We are not liable to refund any deposits or payments or other expenses you might incur in the event of you being unable from fulfilling your booking in any event of circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this, which can be taken out with any Travel Insurance Company in order to safeguard you and your families holiday booking
